Services are offered to individuals referred by health and social care authorities or who self-refer and meet our service criteria. We reserve the right to decline services if needs cannot be safely met.

4. Service Agreement

Prior to commencement of care, a service agreement outlining the care plan, fees, responsibilities, and terms will be provided. Both parties must agree to this contract for services to begin.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are based on the level and type of care required.

  • Payment terms will be detailed in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to amend fees with prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Clients may cancel services with reasonable notice as specified in the service agreement.

  • Zuwa Care Services reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or if care needs exceed our capacity.

  • In all cases, termination will be communicated clearly, and transition support will be offered where appropriate.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients and/or their representatives must provide accurate information about care needs and health conditions. Cooperation with carers and staff is essential to ensure safe and effective care.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability

Zuwa Care Services takes reasonable care in providing services but is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
